Paul Dale

Senior Pastor

Full-time, day off on Fridays

Paul has pastoral oversight of the Saturday and Sunday evening services, and leads the ministry team. Paul sets the vision and strategy for church, works with Parish Council and Wardens, oversees staff development and training of student ministers, as well as a variety of preaching and teaching activities both within and outside the church. Mark Smith

Assistant Pastor

Full-time, day off on Wednesdays

Mark has pastoral oversight of the two Sunday morning services. Mark oversees training, families ministry (parenting courses, marriage courses, Kid’s Church, etc), and is responsible for weddings, baptisms and funerals.

Steph Menear

Women’s Pastor

Full time, days off on Fridays and Saturdays

Steph oversees women’s ministry including teaching events, social events and discipleship. Steph is also involved in newcomers follow-up, pastoral care, the coordination of PTC, Playtime by the Bridge and training Sam Jennings.

Hayley Neal

Community Pastor

4 days per week: day off on Fridays

Hayley oversees community outreach activities, to help our church to love the local community and share the gospel with them. Hayley is responsible for ministries including Community Lunches, Simply Christianity, Fair Trade Markets, Appeals, I Heart Kirribilli, Carols under the Bridge, evangelism training and Easter outreach. Robyn Greenaway

Administrator

3 days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Robyn oversees administration and is the first point of contact for most queries. Robyn’s role is broad and encompasses newcomer follow-up, finances, property maintenance, liaison with Parish Council and ministry leaders, the administration of rosters, service planning, and responding to queries. Samantha Jennings

Ministry Apprentice

Full-time, days off on Thursdays and Saturdays

Sam is undergoing a fulltime apprenticeship and is involved in a number of ministries including Youth by the Bridge and Kid’s Church. Contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Steve Kryger

Media and Communications Pastor

Full time, day off on Sundays
